Problem: XEM-1XP, XEM-12S and XEM-12T modules do not work in software versions 5.4.5 and later in the AT-SBx908 and AT-x900 series switches. These modules use chipsets that are no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Solution: Upgrade to new hardware: XEM-2XP, XEM-12Sv2, XEM-12Tv2. If this is not an option then software version 5.4.4-4.13 is the most up to date software to support older modules.
